[러닝후기] 2022년 5월 19일 3K 러닝 오랜만에 새벽 3K 러닝을 했더니 아침이 너무 상쾌하고 기분이 업되더라고요^^ 작년에 누적 1000 K 를 목표로 했는데 ㅠㅠ 지나친 스트레스와 직장이 너무 멀어서... 잠심 중단했습니다. 다시 여유롭게 출퇴근시간이 생기게 되서 자기개발의 목표로 첫번째 건강을 선택했습니다. 단 몇달이겠지만 꾸준히 다시 몸을 만들어 봐야겠습니다.
