The way I watch videos is a measure of my mental state.

I usually got into video content when I was in limbo

But when I was relaxed, I preferred active pursuits like writing, drawing or reading, rather than watching videos

I stayed up all night watching episodes and even ate in front of the TV.

That's how I dealt with anxiety.

I suffered from depression that felt like severe fatigue.

make it a point to 의식적으로 ~하다
After that, I made it a point to avoid watching too many videos.

I mostly watch video content for the shared experience with my family.

The point is to share our feelings after watching something together.

I watch family-oriented movies and documentaries with my kids.

I watch movies or TV shows with tight plotting.
